Great stuff! I couldn't find cat's claw on iHerb, so I turned to garlic and its extract. With so many viruses around, I started giving this to my children at the first signs of an acute respiratory infection. Within hours, their sneezing stopped, nasal congestion cleared, and the sore throat decreased. This product definitely helps, and I plan to continue with it and order more. The capsules are small and easy for children to swallow, with no garlic smell.

It reduces the duration of colds, as confirmed by my whole family! Alongside a plaster, peroxide, and iodine, this garlic always resides in our first aid kit. An extremely effective remedy! At the first sign of a cold, we take a capsule every two hours, about 4-5 capsules daily, which is enough to feel improvement by the next day. When dealing with sore throat, we open the capsule and apply it directly. It's effective and odourless!
